Storing Wine
Twisted wines are made to be enjoyed when purchased, which is when most people drink their wine. However, if you
have extra wine or a bottle that you are saving for a special occasion, a little care will help them last several
years or longer. Here are a couple of tips:
Find a cool, dark location. High temperature, or temperature variations along with light can significantly
shorten a wine's life. An interior closet or basement usually works well.
Store wine on its side. This helps the cork stay moist and prevents it from drying out which will allow oxygen
into the bottle, slowly deteriorating the wine over time.
